YCBS has three main bodies:
1. DIRECTOR OF YCSBS
2. ADVISORY COMMITTEE OF THE YCSBS
3. ADMINISTRATIVE BOARD OF THE YCSBS
Their duties have been defined at the DIRECTIVE ON THE YUNUS CENTER FOR SOCIAL BUSINESS AND SUSTAINABILITY.
To promote and support the YCSBS in fulfilling its mission, the Advisory Committee of YCSBS acts as an advisory unit to the Director. This body is composed of the Rector of Epoka University, a representative from Yunus Center, The director of YCSBS, a representative from the social business community, a graduate student or alumni of Epoka University. The main governing body of YCSBS is the Administrative Board of the YCSBS. To maintain the focus in accordance with the mission, and the vision, it performs the followings:
o Determines the working and functioning principles of YCSBS
o Propose updates to the Directive and strategic plan and implement the strategic plan
o Prepares an annual activity plan and report and performs other duties to ensure the fulfillment of the mission and strategic plan of the YCSBS
The Administrative Board consists of the Director of the YCSBS and four other academic staff members from EPOKA University representing at least three different base units at EPOKA University. The Administrative Board of the YCSBS:
